These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Whorl Bakehouse through this website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, fulfillment, cancellation, and other details shown at checkout. If an order confirmation contains different order-specific terms, the confirmation controls for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Whorl Bakehouse offers foods made and sold under the laws and rules that apply to its operation. Available products, sales locations, delivery areas, and shipping destinations may be limited by those rules. Products are intended for the end customer and may not be resold unless Whorl Bakehouse expressly agrees and the resale is lawful.
Please read the product label and any required cottage-food disclosure provided with your order. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose, but handmade items may have reasonable differences in color, decoration, size, or appearance.
Ingredient and major-allergen information is provided on the product label or with the product as required by applicable law. Products may be prepared or packaged in a home kitchen where allergens are present. Unless Whorl Bakehouse expressly confirms otherwise in writing, no product is represented as allergen-free, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out. Our products are made in a home kitchen that also processes tree nuts. While tree nuts are not an ingredient in our products, trace cross-contact is possible.
If you have an allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, review the available information and contact Whorl Bakehouse before ordering. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you or the intended recipient. Product information is not medical advice.
Orders open Sunday afternoon and close Wednesday at 1:00pm. Orders placed after the cutoff will be held for the next available order window.
An order request is not accepted until Whorl Bakehouse confirms it or payment is successfully completed, as indicated during checkout. Products, dates, and quantities remain subject to availability. Whorl Bakehouse may decline or cancel an order because of an error, unavailable ingredients or capacity, suspected fraud, an unsafe or unlawful request, or a fulfillment restriction. If Whorl Bakehouse cancels a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled portion will be refunded.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, customization, and fulfillment information and for reviewing the order before submission.
Prices are shown on the website and may change before an order is placed. The total presented at checkout includes the selected products and any displayed taxes, delivery or shipping charges, discounts, deposits, or other fees.
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount displayed. A deposit does not reserve a date unless the checkout or order confirmation says that it does. Any remaining balance is due according to the order confirmation.
Modifications and cancellations are welcome up to the Wednesday 1:00pm order cutoff. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Our kitchen is already in motion. If something comes up before the cutoff, reach out at hello@whorlbakehouse.com and we will do our best to help.
For custom products, you must provide requested details and approvals by the stated deadlines. Inspiration images communicate a general direction and do not promise an exact copy.
Change, cancellation, refund, and no-show rules shown at checkout or in the order confirmation are part of these terms. Because food and custom-made products are perishable or made for a particular customer, they may not be returnable or refundable after preparation begins, except when required by law or when Whorl Bakehouse agrees otherwise. If an order is incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe, do not consume the affected item and contact Whorl Bakehouse promptly using the order-confirmation details.
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of pickup at hello@whorlbakehouse.com and we will work through it together. Remedies are offered at the sole discretion of Whorl Bakehouse and may include store credit or a replacement at the next available pickup. No remedy will be offered for issues reported after 24 hours or after the product has been substantially consumed.
Pickup is available Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm at 6569 Cyrils Drive, Saint Cloud, FL 34771. Orders not picked up during the designated window are forfeited without refund. If you do not think you will make your pickup window, contact us at hello@whorlbakehouse.com or text 689-777-6750 before your scheduled pickup day. We cannot guarantee accommodation, but we will always make reasonable efforts when you give us a heads up.
Available fulfillment methods, locations, windows, charges, and destination limits are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Times are estimates unless Whorl Bakehouse expressly confirms a guaranteed time. You are responsible for providing a usable address, being available during the agreed window, and following storage, transport, reheating, and food-safety instructions after receiving the order.
If Whorl Bakehouse offers a subscription, the frequency, products or benefits, recurring price, pickup or delivery method, and any minimum term will be shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewals using the account or contact method provided with the subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed or an order already prepared, except when required by law or stated in the subscription offer.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under the account. Contact the business if you believe the account has been used without permission.
You agree to receive electronic order records and transactional communications at the contact information you provide. Marketing email or text messages require the consent described when you sign up and can be stopped using the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the message.
Whorl Bakehouse is responsible for products and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. To the fullest extent the law permits, Whorl Bakehouse is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer instructions, failure to collect or receive an order, improper handling after fulfillment, unauthorized resale, or events outside reasonable control.
If you have a concern, contact Whorl Bakehouse promptly using the information on this website or in your order confirmation so the parties can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the sale. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Whorl Bakehouse may update these terms for future orders by posting a revised version on this page. The terms presented when you place an order continue to apply to that order.
