Handmade bread and rolls are at their best within the first few days. Here's how to store, freeze, and reheat everything we bake so it tastes like it just came out of our kitchen.
Best enjoyed warm. Microwave 25 to 30 seconds, or oven at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes. Either way they'll taste like they just came out of our kitchen.
Fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze individually for more time. Reheat from frozen at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes and they'll come right back to life.
Best enjoyed toasted with good salted butter. That's really all it needs.
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days. Slice and freeze after that. To reheat a frozen slice, pop it in the toaster. To reheat the whole loaf, lightly dampen the crust and warm it in the oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. You'll think we just baked it.
Orders open Sunday afternoons and close Wednesdays at 1pm.
