Everything you see here is made fresh for Saturday, in small batches, just for the people who ordered it. Ordering closes Wednesday at 1pm, so don't wait too long if something catches your eye.

The Sourdough

Hand mixed, hand shaped, and baked to order in small batches. An 18 hour cold ferment before it ever sees the oven, the kind of time that builds real flavor. Scored by hand, baked in a Dutch oven, wrapped in a reusable cloth.

The Whorl & The Pair

One large roll, or two if you're feeling generous. Same dough, same process, same fluffyness. Good luck with the sharing part.

The Six Count

Six rolls, sized smaller than The Whorl so there's enough to go around. Baked to order, never ahead, and gone faster than you'd expect.

The Whorl'd

A Sourdough and a Six Count, all in one order. Eat the rolls first, save the bread for later, or enjoy both at once. We won't tell.

Every month we bake something from somewhere else. Because good bread has no borders. This is our whorl'd. Upcoming inspirations from Japan, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, and Sweden. Details shared each month on the order page.

Ingredient and allergen information is listed on every product label as required by Florida cottage food law. Our sourdough contains wheat. Our cinnamon roll products contain wheat, milk, and eggs. All products are made in a home kitchen that also processes tree nuts, so trace cross-contact is possible even though tree nuts are not an ingredient in anything we sell. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before ordering.
